Delete your data

Applies whether you signed in with Google or Facebook.

How to ask

Send an email to privacy@zoopace.com from the email address of your Zoopace account (the one your Google or Facebook account uses), with the subject "Delete my Zoopace account". We'll confirm by email and delete your data within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your account: name, email address, profile picture and the link to your Google or Facebook account.
• Your sign-in sessions on every device.
• The sites you own, with their animals, photos and invitations.
• Your membership in other people's sites. What you added to their sites stays with the site.

Removing Zoopace from Facebook or Google

You can also remove Zoopace's access from your Facebook settings (Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites) or your Google account (Security → Third-party apps with account access). That stops future sign-ins but doesn't delete the data Zoopace already has, so also send the email above.
